Operational Real Estate
Property Secured Investments invests in a number of different types of operational real estate which include shopping centers, serviced office space, co-working facilities, hotels, resorts, senior living centers, self-storage facilities and parking. Income yields remain exceptionally high and our measured approach also takes a controlling stake in the operators underlying business where it is of a size to make this approach commercially exceptional.
Digital Property
Property Secured Investments takes strategic zero hedged stakes in high growth digital property, producing annualized and compounded returns over many years. Our digital asset specialists have over 300 years collective experience in the sector and take a measured, yet aggressive and actively managed approach to acquisitions. The fund may also hold Cryptocurrency assets as and when opportunities for value present.

Capital Growth
The Company will invest in Global properties. The fund also invests in transferable securities (including REITs, government bonds and unquoted companies), units in collective investment schemes, units property unit trusts, limited partnerships, joint ventures, money market instruments, deposits, cash and near cash. The overarching objective of the PSI fund is significant capital growth over a 10 year+ timeframe.
Income
The Company aims to generate between eight and thirteen percent income on fixed asset acquisitions and disposals. The Fund may use a variety of equity or property-related derivatives and complex property securities, which may include purchasing or selling call and put options on a combination of equity and property securities and equity security indices, futures on equity securities and equity indexes, options on equity index futures and equity-linked notes. Income generating activities are predominately linked to capital growth property activities.
Distressed Property
The actively managed fund is always primed to take advantage of distressed property situations that occur worldwide, and our extensive network of professionals and realtors often identify distressed property opportunities before they reach open market. Many of the worlds most significant luxury homes are traded on private secondary markets as and when assets become distressed through repossession, urgent disposal or liquidation. There is no minimum criteria for our distressed acquisitions and the Fund is one of the major private landlords in Europe and Asia.
Serviced Accommodation
The term serviced apartment is an umbrella term that encompasses a number of different properties designed to provide short-term or long-term accommodation to renters. What makes a serviced apartment different from the other accommodation options on the market is that serviced apartments are equipped with all the amenities and utilities that we usually associate with home rather than hotels. The PSI fund acquires distressed property outright, with zero borrowing, redevelops using its in-house construction capabilities and manages the Global portfolio via wholly owned management companies and service providers including various online booking digital properties.

All PSI Funds are exclusively for eligible investors. Investors in this category are also known as sophisticated investors in some regions. A sophisticated investor is a high-net-worth investor who is considered to have a depth of experience and market knowledge that makes them eligible for certain benefits and opportunities.
